I can't believe it...finally updated!

hip hip hooray! princess melissa is back in action. your leader is finally updating her lj! miss me? of course u did. y do I bother asking? anyways, summer was good. I took 2 summer classes..1 on consumer behavior and the other on web design. I scored A's for both...score!!!!! I went to 2 backstreet boys concerts too..backstreets back alright!! It was great seeing them again. it's been like 5 years. now if only nsync will come..yea yea im a dork, but so is every1 who went wit me lol. work wasnt too bad this summer. its still goin okay and skool this sem is okay. I graduate next year. sick right? then I'm taking the fall off and partying til next Jan then off to Grad skool I think lol. I still have not time to do anything, but once next summer hits I'll be goin crazy. the reconstruction of my room is almost complete. I just need a new tv and a new desk and someone needs to fix Casper the computer dammit! ummm what elss....oooo oooo oooo there is a girl living wit me...yeah her name is angelina and she is my niece lol. she is 9 months old and we watch elmo everyday. great life. my other niece is on the way. my sis may be movin back up here so my house may turn in2 baby central permanently..ohhhh boyyyy.....well thats bout it and I'm goin to see Simple Plan on November 9th whoo hooooo...I'll keep ya updated...im out

It's 5:03am and I can't sleep so I decided to update this damn thing since I haven't done so in awhile. I am currently on spring break...fun..yeah right! I didn't go anywhere, but I have mad stuff to do already grrrr. I have a magazine project to do for my graphic design class so I'll be goin to school to work on that when I don't even have school grrr..plus I have to study for a marketing test n do a 7-10 page paper for my other design class. I'm going crazy! On Tuesday me and C are goin to Atlantic City for the day wit my mom n Isabel, so I am hoping I win some money! I registered for a summer class. what was I thinking?!?! I have never taken classes in the summer so I hope all goes well. I'm taking a web design class in the 2nd summer session. I might be taking another class in the 1st session. depends on the hours so I can be able to work fulltime in the summmer. It is a posibility I may be graduating in June 2006 bc I have like 8 classes left but thats only if I don't do a double minor. I finished my sociology minor, so I was going to get a minor in marketing. Im still thinking about it because I'm not sure if thats for me anymore. I mean I like it and all, but I don't think I can work in retail 4ever lol. Customers piss me off and I do not want to become a manager. I got a raise btw. not much, but it's still sumthin. ooooo remember that whole disneyworld college progarm thing. well yeah, that turned out to be a joke! I attended the presentation wit Alissa at my school and those people are completely nuts! That whole internship is not even an internship even though they say it is. They hire students and tell them it's an internship when it's really cheap labor for disney!!! those idiots have insane rules to work at disney and here is a list of crazy things I have learned about it:
1. pay is 6.25 per hour (like hello I make more then that at Ag...wait it gets better)
2. u must pay 69-79 dollars per week just to room in their disney houses (this money is taken out of your paycheck n u only wokr 30 hours..sumimes more) & it doesn't include food or etc so basically the money u make is actually goin back to them..damn fools & this is for 4 months or more
3. guys have to shaved at all times n must have short hair
4. Hair color must be or look matural...no nice highlights
5. u can wear only 1 ring n 1 earring on each ear n no crazy necklaces or bracelets or etc...not even tiffanys!
6. on the interview they ask if u have any tattoos so they can put u in a certain costume (that is what they call uniforms) so it can be covered
7. MUST BE HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY! bc u have to act like its a fantasyland at all times. that is why they tell u ur uniforms r costumes.
8. uniforms r hideous!
9. jobs availabe r a joke n u cannot choose the job u want. u have to choose jobs u r ale to do. please tell me how serving food, being a custodian, selling tickets, lifeguard, taking pictures of people, and etc is called an internship!?!?
10. THAT IS SLAVE LABOR! u learn nothing about ur field. thats not an internship!! they just hire students n tell them it is. its cheap labor n they tell them there is free admission to the parks n discount on merchandise so people would be interested. plus if u have friends come visit u, u have to have them out by 1am every nite n even ur family has 2 go. disney is tryin 2 fool people by telling them its the best experience n etc. those jobs r not 4 me n I highly dount I will apply. I still like goin to disney, but those jons r ridiculous. I wnated to work in the animation department, but ha thats not for college students!!!

so since I won't be doin it, I may graduate next June or in the fall n then off to grad school...either my school or hunter bc I'm still thinking bout becoming a kindergarten teacher as well. oooooo dudes of camelot! my design teacher is awesome. she brought us to the Moss museum in SoHo and Helen Hunt was there. she was wit her baby n other people n she was comin through but no1 knew it was her. my friend was like wasn't she on mad about u n i was likeaaaaaaaaaaaaaa yeah its her. she looked normal. I guess she got sick of the spotlight. oooo n the little girl who was in the movie Signs & Raising Helen came to AG. she's sooo cute. she got her doll's hair done & last week I did some football player's daughters' doll lol. he plays for the Atlanta Falcons n he was pretty cute :)

I haven't updated this for awhile and I knowwww how much you guys find my entries amusing bc im such a fool lol. well anyways, school is okay, but damn them for making my spring break sooo late..well damn the CUNY system that is. everyone has off now. I don't think I'm gonna go anywhere for spring break, so I'm hoping I can do a trip to Atlantic City wit C, Maggie, & Naomi. I haven't gone there in awhile so I think I'm due for one. Plus, the 4 us are planning a day to Garden State mall so I'm hoping I could do that in April. I just hope I don't have to work. April 12 is when Disney is supposed to come to my school for that presenation about the internship. I guess me and Liz will decide then if we wanna do it or not. I mean I'm having some doubts. 4 months is a longgg time, but Amy said it will be the best 4 months of my life so I don't wanna have any regrets if I don't go. If I don't do it in the fall, I'll do it in the spring. I seriously need to think about this because I'm not totally ready to leave AG even though there tends to be some drama now and then, but I still enjoy working there and I worked so hard to become permanent over the summer that I'm just not ready to go yet. oooo guys, I got a bonus btw!!! I was satisfied with what I got and I can guarantee you that it will be put to good use. damn coach for putting out their spring bags. they always put me into cardiac arrest when they bring out their pink line every spring. I haven't gotten any yet, but maybe in time. Right now, I need to buy a few more things for my room. It is still under construction. what has been? 3 months already!! damn Macy's messed it up. they finally brought the last glass cabinet to my house yesterday after the 3rd one was cracked 2 times. grrr, soo I have alot to do, plus I wanna get a new tv and this disney sericel which is way 2 much money, but whatever lol. yes I'm a dork, but a cool one that is lol! I seriously need to stop shopping because I own way 2 much stuff. I didn't realize how many pairs of shoes especially sneakers I have. I haven't even wore 1/2 of em yet. aaaaaaaaaaa! I haven't seen all of you in ages! child of darkness, you have disappeared from my life!! I haven't seen u since May. we soooo need to see each other and do some shopping damage lol. I don't think all the members of SGSG have been all together in the last 2 years. Annie we need to fix that!!! the only person I see is Nancimarie. she works in the city so we try 2 hang out every week because it is the only way we see each other bc I practically live in the city and haven't seen any of my SI people. we all need to get 2gether sooon!

I had an awesome class yesterday. well, it wasn't really class because we had to meet at the museum again. We had to go to the MET and view a fashion exhibit. my teahcer said it would be a fashion show, but it wasn't. It didn't matter because it was still awesome. They had all these designer clothes. Some were worn at the Academy Awards. Overall, the whole exhibit was cool. I am going back on Tuesday after school so I can take some more notes and I'm bringing Navin wit me. any1 who wants to come, let me know. I need to compare any two fashions for my mid-term. I don't know who to choose. Versace and Dolce & Gabana had some good stuff, but aldo Roberto Cavalli and Valentino had some unique clothes as well. aaaaaaaaaaa! I wish I was famous so I can wear all the designer clothes lol.

okay so it's been awhile since I thought about doin the walt disney world internship, but it came up again. this time I really need to decide. you see I joined this group on the facebook and it spoke about how disney was at my school last sem getting people to do it. I had no idea about it. maybe because I wasn't there as much lol. well, on wednesday while I was at school, I saw this huge poster regarding the Walt Disney internship and it said Disney was coming back in April for its presentation so now I have to go. They never came to my school before last sem and I have to do it. well at least attend the presentation to know what the whole thing is about. I don't want to look back saying why didn't I do it when I had the chance you know. But also, I don't wanna leave my job yet. I'm hoping that I will be able to come back to my job after it's done, but I dunno if they will let me. Liz wants to do it wit me to, so she would have to leave work to. she is only doin it if I do it and I want her to. this is such a hard decision. if I do it that means I'll be graduating even later. I guess thats okay because I didn't graduate on schedule anyway lol. I also have to a graphic design internship so if I am able to work in the animation section in disney that would be great if not I'll have to do it here. I wanna do it for Teen People, but I may be doin it for Scholastic since I have connections. Hott boy's girlfriend works there so she can prob get me in. Plus it's a paid internship, so thats always good.

Vegetarians, you can eat chicken! you know why? well, let me explain. I know how all of you vegetarians won't eat meat because you don't believe in the killing of animals...well you can eat chicken. we didn't kill them..it's their own fault for crossing the road..I have spoken

okay so work has been pretty busy only because the damn kids have been off because of their winter break. thank goodness I didn't work most of the week. I heard it was a 2 and 1/2 hour wait at the salon. thats just crazy. the customers are out of control. so many are starting to piss me off. why do they ask stupid questions! like what kind of water are you using? water is water fools. then they complain and tell us we are nto supposed to spray water when we brush the doll's hair...um hello we are the stylists not them. the company told us what we had to do. why can't they listen. I have this one client who comes in like every 3 weeks. she's from queens and I'm her personal stylist. she's the craziest little girl ever, but I like her lol. everyone thinks she's my lil sister, but seriously she's awesome lol. her and her mom came in on wed looking for me, but I had off so they came in yesterday and requested I do her doll's hair. I have done this girl's doll's hair like 5 times so far. she's having her birthday party there in July so she told me I have to be there on July 24th lol. I said no problem. I like having cool clients. why can't they all be like that?

anyhoo, school is pretty good. I have been going on non-stop field trips to museums for my history of modern design class. My teacher is sooo awesome. I think all my teachers this semster are awesome, but my modern design one is mad cool. she's sooo fun to hang out wit. you wouldn't even think she's our professor. On Thursday, we are going to a fashion show! aaaaaa, I cannot wait! In my graphic design class, I do absolutely nothing. My teacher is the best. all we have to for the whole semester is make our own magazine. there are no tests. it's just great. I'm online for 4 hours doin no work and I'm on my cell in class. seriously call me and you'll see. it's crazy! school is great sooo far. Hopefully, I'll do very good this sem.

My room is almost done. The other furniture from Macy's comes in on Friday finally, but I have offically moved back in. I love my new pink room lol. I can't wait to show you guys! I have to see all of you! I only hang out wit my work crew bc we are all in the city 7 days a week bc of school 2 so we hang out as much as possible. I'm supposed to go to Serendipity tomorrow, but I doub that will happen bc of the snow, but it's okay because the 10 of us are goin the following week 2 lol. guys, come to the city dammit! I have found sooo many cool destinations to hit. we gotta go lol.

Hooray for the Hair Salon!

okay so for the past three weeks, there was a post on our work schedules regarding a mandatory meeting at work, but only for the Hair Salon and no other departments. our managers would not tell us what it was about, so we all assumed negative things since alot of customers have been complaining about us bc we don't pay attention to the little girls and etc. so we were all pissed about this meeting because no one understands whats its like to work in the salon unless u actually work there or have worked there before. everyone is the other departments kept telling us that the salon was in big trouble and etc so we wrote a list of things that we wanted to discuss at the meeting regarding certain managers and etc...well yesterday was the meeting and they took everyone who works in the hair salon to HR. we thought they were gonna close the salon down, but they had cashiers do the hair while the whole crew was gone for like an hour. so when we got upstairs, all the managers yelled SURPRISE! we were like huh? the whole meeting was really a surprise party for the salon because of our work during the holidays and the past months. we were all in shock because we all seriously thought we were in trouble. they had ordered food for us and gave us each certificates. The main boss of the store said that the American Girl hair salon alone is officially a one million dollar business!! ISN'T THAT CRAZY?!?! anyhoo, we were all relieved we weren't in big trouble. next holiday season it's supposed to be even worse...i say bring on the mayhem!

yeah, so I'm currently in class wasting time. I don't get out til 12:50 and it's only 9:58. I haven't done any work and neither has anyone around me. My teacher is laid back so it's all good. I'm talking to some of you people online and time is goin somewhat faster, but not alot. This class is cool though. we are making our own magazines. I don't ind goin because I'm online most of the time. I totally forgot how to use quark xpress because I haven't used it since I was at CSI, but it's coming back to me slowly. anyhoo, my classes are goin pretty well. I actually like this semester and my 1st field trip is on Thursday to the museum of Modern Art. My marketing class is awesome because I know alot about it and the terms because of American Girl. I only work 3 days a week now btw, so life is goin smoothly. Last nite, I went out wit Constance, Linda, Liz, Leah, Lisa, Roasaura, Josh aka Steve, and Light to TGIFridays. It was chaotic, but fun. we are tying to make this a weekly thing. ooooooo guys, guess what??? Simple Plan and Good Charlotte are touringgggg...FINALLY! I'm soooo goin. okay, let me go because I have to finish this magazine project because I have a presentation to do around 1130ish I think. 2 members of my group aren't here...crap! grrr, I better not have to do all the work. there is this HOTT DUDE IN MY CLASS. HE IS JUSTIN'S TWIN I SWEAR. hes wearing the trucker hat n all and looks excatly like him...class just keeps on gettin betterrrrr....ill bbl

It is all because her story mentioned that she moved out of her neighborhood because it wasn't safe so now all the people who currently live there are mad about this. I'm back to the 7 days in the city routine. I like it, but it's exhausting. School is pretty good. My art classes rock. I get to go to a fashion show for one. now thats my kind of class. Work is goin well. Not that busy, but all is good. Last nite was the work party. It was crazzzyy. The karoke was off the hook. I enjoyed it. I'll think I'll go next year if I'm still there. Life is goin smoothly so far except for the other situations lol. u all know what I'm talkin bout so we wil just leave it at that lol.

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! Dudes of Camelot, I met CHAD MICHAEL MURRAY (aka the great one) and the rest of the cast of One Tree Hill yesterday at FYE in the city AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! The first season of the show came out on dvd yesterday so they were in the city promoting it. Tyler Hilton was there to because his album came out the same day and hes on the show anyways, so it was all good. They were at MTV for TRL at 5, so they didn't arrive til 6:30. I didn't meet em til like 8:30ish. 99% of the people there were girls and they were goin crazyyyy! They were climbing the windows of the store just to see them. The whole thing was out of control. It was one of the most disorganized signings I've ever been to. The cast had to answer questions from the press first that is why it took so long to meet them. It will be on Entertainment Tonight. it was sooooo damn cold out, but the whole thing was soooooooo worth it. we weren't allowed to take pics of them when we got to the table, so I was only able to take like 1 side pic of Chad, but it's okay. Most of em shook my hand. I have no idea why lol. I met them in the following order: Hilarie, Bethany, Tyler, James, Sophia, and finally CHAD! Hilarie introduced herself to me and was surprisingly nice. She seems to be nicer when she doesn't host TRL. I didn't talk to Bethany much, but she's my fav actress on the show. Tyler was mad cool. we had a short conversation. I told him I met him before and he asked me where. I was like the College of Staten Island and he was like oh yeah and talking about the whole thing that day. I felt bad I didn't buy his cd, but he signed the dvd anyways. I didn't really talk to James even though he's hott to, but I was there mainly for Chad. Sophia was sooooo nice. She saw that I was really cold from outside and was like thank you so much for coming and she said she knew it was cold out and she appreciated it but Chad was next so while she was talking to me I was like um yeah whatever lol. I wasn't paying much attention because it was Chad time and I needed alot of time wit him. Finally, the moment came. I WAS LIKE AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! lol no I didn't go crazy. HE GRABBED MY HAND and was rubbin it and was like how are you doin and I was like good n how r u doin lol. he was like thank u so much for coming and said that it was really cold out and etc...basically the same thing Sophia said. She's soooooo lucky to be engaged to him. He did the same thing to Nancimarie. We were in total shock and were like shaking. we could not believe he grabbed our hands. it was crazy. HAIL CHAD. HE'S SOOOOOOO FUCKING HOTT. omg sooooo much hotter then justin. he is the new justin! aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa I still cannot believe I met the whole cast. I know I am never gonna be able to meet them all again, but it was all worth it. God Bless Chad for looking soooo damn good. After we got their autographs, we went to TGIFridays and called like everyone telling them that Chad Michael Murray gave us a hand massage lol. okay, I'll admit we acted so teeny bopperish at that moment, but when we met them we didn't go screaming and saying omg omg omg lol like all the other idiots there. I was just in total shock to meet all of them especially CHAD!!! it was a great day!

yeah, I know I haven't updated this for awhile, but I've been mad busy. The reconstruction of my room is not finished yet. It's painted pink...you know the same as Kelly Osbourne's room. The carpet won't come in til the end of this month and the rest of furniture won't come in til March 5th. I haven't been online in like 2 weeks because I moved everything out of my room and had no access to my computer. I'm using my other computer which I finally got to use since all my other furniture was blocking it in another room. overall, I spent over 2600 just to re-do my room...sick I know..anyhoo, work has been slow, so I have like 4 days a week off for awhile. Next week school starts. how sucky is that. I hope thgis vacation goes very slow because my next one won't be til next january snce I'm taking summer classes grrrr

Box falls on your leader's head

The Carson Daly New Years Eve show was pretty cool. it was right across the street from Saks so you saw my job perfectly because the stage was set near the sidewalk. Carson looked good of course and Avril sang good. They gave us all these new years hats, glowsticks, and etc to wear so it would look like new years when you see it on tv. Adam Sandler showed up as well. I couldn't hear what he said, but I still got to see him so all is good.

Yesterday, I came close to death. You see every employee got a big box full of stuff for xmas. as me and constance were going up the stairs to leave work, one of those boxes fell from the top of the stairs and hit me in the head. this stupid cafe guy put the box on the ledge to open the door n the box fell on me n then i almost fell backwards but luckily Constance put her arm on the wall so I didn't fall back and crack my head open. it hurt soooo bad. I could not believe that box hit me in the head. only the other cafe guy checked to see if i was ok because constance screamed and the one who owned the box was like he bangs his head all the time so I'll be okay. what an idiot. I went to LP and they had to give me ice packs n made me fill a report. they have everything on the camera, so they are going to tell the managers and report them. I just cannot believe a huge box fell on me. and you know what else happened? I couldn't carry all the stuff home if I took the bus, so I tried getting a cab because my mom told me to do that. it took me and hour to get a cab because no cabs would stop, so I walked to Grand Central because I know cabs stop there and I got a cab. my driver looked like osama, but he was nice and got me home. my mom wants me to get xrays to see if all is good, but if i'm here talking to you guys, I guess I'm fine. it still hurts a lil though. I need to invest in a helmet.

oooooo, my secret santa got me a hello kitty messenger bag and I was gonna buy that 3 days ago. she didn't even know I wanted that one. I can't believe she had me because lets just say we are not very friendlu, but it was nice of her to get me that. I think I may get her something, but I know there will still be drama in the salon. i dunno...btw, Erika loved what I got her...n 2morrow is Amy's last day at work...teardrop

Dudes of Camelot, I'm going to admit this over and over again. I'm a shopaholic and I need help. Today was a Wednesday schedule at school, which meant I didn't have school til 6pm so I met up wit Constance around 1:30ish to do some xmas shopping. well, it didn't exactly happen that way. Instead it was Merry Christmas to us. you see, we bought wayyyyy tooo much and it was not planned that way. There were really good sales goin on. I'm serious! We spent like 4 hours on 34th street because thats were most of the good stores are. well, the chaotic shopping all started at Old Navy. Me and Constance have a card there so we bought so much stuff. I needed to get a green shirt to wear for work because we need to wear green one weekend and I own no green shirts because I'm not a big fan of green. So I got that and then a couple of other stuff. me and Constance bought the same exact stuff. seriously, we were seperated at birth. it's really scary how we have wayyyy 2 much in common. well, after we left there she called her bf and I even told him I had nothing to do with it this time and thats the truth. we went our seperate ways at Old Navy and she managed to spend wayyy more then me and had alot of the same stuff as well. He could not believe how much she spent and neither could I. Then we headed to Macy's for an hour and went to the 5th floor which is heaven lol. well, I checked to see if they had my Roxy boots, but they were still sold out, but then she spotted this big sneaker sale and that was the end of it. They had all good brand sneakers for 20.00 and it was a one day sale so you know we had to buy a pair or 2. well, when I saw roxy and guess, I went crazy and took like every diff color I found. well, when we went to try them on, we realized all the shoes we had was for the right foot and we couldn't find the left ones so she told me to go back anD ask the guy if they had em and I did and he said whats ever there. so, we just sat there wondering why there was all these right shoes and so I asked another guy and we showed him all the shoes we got and asked if he was supposed to get the other shoe for us and he said yes. when he came over to see all the right shoes we collected he said "HOLY SHIT". seriously, we are such fools. we were dying and I took a pic of the shoes so here:

Constance bought one of the same roxy sneakers as me. so basically we match from head to toe lol. well, after that she had to Go to Forever 21 to get 2 certificates and she claims she did some xmas shopping, but whatever gift certificates don't count lol. well, I love that store because they always have alot of cool stuff. the store in the mall is trash, but the one in the city is really nice. so, I found a replica of the 600 dollar christain dior bag I want, but will never own so I bought the one there and I love it. we never made it to Times Square because I had to head back to school, but it's a good thing because I had too many bags to carry. I was 4 min late to class, but it's okay because classes r overrrrr!!!

Avril Lavigne Performance

I won tickets for a special Avril Lavigne performance that will air on Carson Daly's New Years Eve show and it's this Thursday. aaaaaaa! I got an e-mail on Friday telling me I was confirmed for 4 tickets and I don't even remember asking for them awhile back. the good thing is that it's right across the street from my job. It will be at rockefeller center at 10:30pm. I'm bringing Drea, Constance, and Lisa wit me. we all get out of work around the same time so we are gonna do stuff before the show and if we go shopping we are going back to our job to leave our bags in our locker because we can't bring them wit us. okay, well I must go finish studying. toodles 4 now.

A Tribute To Andrea

what am I doing up? It's my first Saturday off since July and I'm wide awake. I should be sleeping in, but I'm so used to waking up at 7am every morning that my days of sleeping in are over. Last night was fun. It was only 4 of us because Liz, Linda, and Constance could not attend and neither could Drea bc we asked her at the last min, but we'll get into that later. I'm not gonna say anymore because I got to know how crazy LISA truly is. she made the night insane lol. okay, so Drea believes I was not nice in a previous entry of mine, so I'm dedicating this one all to her lol. In a previous entry I said the salon girls are truly the best...let me fix that right now. The salon girls are not truly the best. we have cliques and everyone talks about each other. My FRIENDS in the salon are truly the best and the rest I see as just co-workers..def NOT FRIENDS..Drea did not understand the friends group so here it is again Drea. Our group consist of me, Constance, Leah, Lisa, Amy, Linda, and Liz. Drea was disturbed by this because I did not include her. She does not work in the salon, but helps out when we need her. so Drea, I apologize for this, but afterall you are my triplet and thats very hard to find lol. there is only 1 other memeber of group 7 that completes the triplets and thats Constance so you are one of a kind. now stop rolling your eyes lol! anyways, I already explained to Drea about the whole friends thing earlier so she knows what I mean. Lets just say Drea and Group 7 are friends that are very hard to find.

Drea, we got a whole month and 1/2 to get into crazy mayhem so please get ready lol. oh btw guys, I may be going to an eighties party with her on new years and I'll be punky brewster. she's gonna make my costume and everything lol. okay so in conclusion, I would like to thank Drea for helping out the salon during those busy hectic days and dealing with the abuse from everyone there. oh yeaah 1 more thing. some of you guys should take classes from Drea and Group 7 on how to be a good friend. enough said.

Olivia came to my house at exactly 9am, but I was still sleeping. I finally got up and went to play wit her til 215. she's way tooo hyper. we made bracelets, colored, watched punky brewster and the little mermaid 2 and etc lol. She's alot to handle. When she left, I went to the city at 3 and did some major shopping. but guess what? I got my 4th credit card today. well, I don't have the card yet, but be4 I headed into the city, my mom called up Macy's to put my name on her account. wooo hooo! I have like 6 credit cards, but really 4. 1 card counts for 3 diff stores lol. well, I bought a bag, a scarf, and a shirt from macy's. I spent around 100 sumthin there n then I headed to the Gap and spent 110 there. I know I have a problem, but what are you gonna do. I was 6 min late 2 class because I was trying sooo much stuff on at the Gap lol. class was okay and I managed to get out of the presentation. child of darkness I am never listening to you again. what I did to get out of it was just bad and wrong and you encouraged me to do it dammit lol. sooooooo bad I tell you. I have to get my phobia fixed lol.

so I'm thinking about giving some my hair to locks of love. I'm trying to grow my hair really long and grow out the layers so I can have it cut again. well, until it's long enough, I may donate 1/2 of it to locks of love. as long as my hair is shoulder length I'm all for it. I want people who don't have hair like cancer patients have a chance to have a wig made out of real hair for them to wear. in order to donate your hair, you cannot have had it dyed or hilighted. I have never done that to mine bc I like my hair color so if any of you who want to do it and qualify for it then let me know. all I can remember is chris and when he lost his hair to cancer and how he dealt wit it so I wanna help cancer patients out. no one should have that sickness. I really wish they would find a cure already bc too many people are dying...

Today was not the best day yet, but shopping did make it somewhat better, but then again every complicated thing that happened today was because of the damn shopping. well, I took a later bus to school today and I was not sure if I was gonna make it. I really did not want to miss my class since it's the 2nd to last class for the semester and I need to get ready for the final. I walked in late to class. My teacher always starts late anyways, but I'm glad I made it. After class, I headed to Best Buy and bought the new Lindsay Lohan and Diana DeGarmo cd. yes, I'm a dork. I listened to Lindsay's cd on mtv.com a few days before and it was pretty good. It reminds me alot of Ashlee Simpson's cd. Every store in the city is promoting her cd, so go buy it. I had no idea Diana's cd was suppose to come out today. I loveee her, so I had to get it. She was suppose to win dammit, but anyways I'm listening to it now and it's not that bad. After Best Buy, I spent 3 hours in Macy's. oh how I love that store. I seriously love everything there. well, I always go on major shopping sprees at Macy's and something always goes wrong. well, I bought this pink jacket and when I paid for it, I had my wallet on the counter and the cashier told me to put my wallet in my bag and when I left I left my cell phone on the counter. I went back to the 1st floor and was totally flippin because I couldn't find my cell. while, I was looking for my cell, I lost my ny&company gloves. I went back to the cashier and she had my cell waiting for me...THANK GOODNESS! I always tend to lose my phone at Macy's for some reason. It happened last semester to. I also bought a le sport sac bag and after I bought that I realized I lost my gloves. I looked everywhere for them. I'm mad I couldn't find them. I had them for a long time, but at least I found my cell phone. I spent wayyy too much at Macy's for only 2 items. My bag was 54.00 and my jacket was originally 60, but it was onsale for 40. tomorrow, I'm goin back to get roxy shoes and this pink guess bag I need. I went to work wit these big shopping bags that they didn't even fit in my locker so I had to check it in coat check. Amy said she enver knew someone could shop more then her lol. I have a problem guys!

Work was boring. Friday nite, me and a few of the girls from the salon aka the bestest friends ever are goin out after work since we all close. it should be fun. It's a good thing I have Saturday off because I don't plan to come home early at all. it's gonna be a fun nite. can't wait girls! it's so cool how the 7 of us click soooo well. you girls are truly the best :)

so brian sent me this thing to join. it's called the facebook. It's kinda like my space. the only difference is that you can only join if you are in school and it connects you to people from your college. Not all colleges are part of it, but Baruch is. CSI isn't. Matt kept telling me to join it because I kept tellin him to join my space. great, just what I need..another my space lol.

okay, well I gotta get some sleep bc Olivia is coming over at 9am tomorrow. I get to hang out wit a 4yr old that early...oooo boy!

aaaaaaaaaa! so on Friday I decided to head into the city at 9am to do some xmas shopping because I didn't have work til 12:45. well, while I was shopping on 5th ave, I walked past by Ashlee Simpson! She was in front of Zara wit some guy. No one knew it was her, but it was. she had this hat on and a skirt wit Uggs. Her nose gives it away to, but aaaaaaaaa I cannot believe I saw her. I kept telling myself to keep walking because I didn't wanna go up to her and make a fool of myself. now if it was hottness then thats another story. anyhoo, yesterday was the busiest day yet. It was sooo bad. The line was soooooo long to get into the store. there was wayyy too many people. we did around 300 dolls in the hair salon...sickk. Alec Bladwin came into the store earlier in the week and one of his brothers was there yesterday, but headed towards the personal shopping office. I hope more celebrities come in. In some magazine, we were named the most girly girl store in the world...sick lol plus on the today show one of our dolls was on the hot toy list for xmas. Today was busy, but not as bad as yesterday. 5th ave is still a wreck. It's worse then Times Sqaure. you cannot walk anywhere. it's driving me crazy because its the street with the best stores lol. I went back to build-a-bear today. this place has a line like everyday til like 10pm. It's sooo small to, but everyone seems to like it. no guys, I did not make one yet, but in time I will so shhh!

On Saturday I have off. Isn't that a miracle. I haven't had a Saturday off since July. I usually have off Tuesdays because of school, but this Tuesday is a Friday schedule so its okay. If you guys wanna do anything let me know because I am going to take advantage of this Saturday big time. I may do some xmas shopping in the morning but for the rest of the day I'm free. I have to get my secret santa something. everyone at work wants me to have them because they know I don't give cheap gifts lol. ooo how I love to shop. I can't wait til January. me and Drea are gonna go EVERYWHERE in the city. so instead of going to Florida during my break, I'll be goin out like every nite in nyc lol. plus, I need to do some major reconstruction wit my room. It's gonna be pink wit a new rug and everything. can't wait for my new headquarters. Amy, the pink expert is gonna tell me what I need to get for my room because she's my intertior decorator lol. she's goin to move back to Ohio later this month because she got a new job and she wants to go back home. I wish she didn't leave. she's one of the nicest people I ever met. The salon won't be the same. She's gonna do American Idol next year again to and if she makes it, I get to be her publicist and personal shopper. She almost got to go to Hollywood, but Randy and Simon screwed her over when Paula said she could go. California Amy is leaving to! She got a new job, but I'll be able to see her since she lives in the city. no more people better leave. the good news is that Drea just became permanent. now I hope my twin gets the position as well.

one more thing be4 I go. Lindsay Lohan's album comes out soon and yes I am going to buy it. shut up and stop laughing. I like her. okay, well I'm going bc u people r mean lol but waitttt 1 more thing...the last thing I promise.. I was reunited wit Santa again on the bus. this time I was coming home and he sat across from me and started talking to me again. He said he tried goin in American Girl, but he didn't wanna wiat online and the security guards wouldn't let him cut the line. he still wants me to talk to my boss and get him a job...crazy I know!

okay, so a guy at work touched my chest. you all are goin like what about now, right lol. yeah, I couldn't believe it either. I was downstairs in the stock room and I was standing in front of the door to go back upstairs. this merchandise handler guy went to push this button to open the door and then he touched my boobs. I was like omg lol. he was wit 2 other guys and there was no one else around. It happened so fast that I didn't have time to respond and he went upstairs. I was like in total shock. I don't even remeber what he looks like. Amy and Drea, if you read this, dont ask who it was because I don't remember what he looks like. I only rememebr one of the dudes he was wit. I think all of em are new employees. it's so crazy. most of the guys who work there just work there to get with the girls. the only decent guy that was there got fired!! I just cannot believe ipod got fired! he no longer works at the cafe bche was always late to work. me and amy were shocked. Blue Eyes is still there and everytime he's around amy will say something about him. It drives me crazy, but yeah he's still a dick because he was mean to her. anyhoo, I was scheduled to work yesterday because of the tree lighting, but I usually have Tuesdays off and told them I need it for school. it's ridiculous now because I like close every nite and they wanted me to close last nigt to, but I didn't go. they knew though so its ok. I mean I love my job, but I feel like I'm working full time again. they have been giving me more hours because it's been hectic.

Encounter With Santa

My morning started out really weird today. I got on the bus to go to work and it was packed. There was an empty seat next to a guy who looked exactly like Santa Claus. He was wearing the whole Santa outfit and everything. He even had a real beard. Well he had a bag on the seat and he asked if I wanted to sit there. I said yeah and then he asked what stop I was getting off at. I said 49th and then he said he was getting off the same stop. I thought he was one of the Santa's working for the Radio City show, but he wasn't. Well on the way there, Mr. Santa Claus started talking to me and then asked me if I was going into the city to see a show. I sai no I work there and then I said I work in a toy store since he was already in the holiday spirit dressed up as Santa and all lol. Well, I told him I work for American Girl and he told me everyone asks him where that is. So then he asked me if my job was hiring Santa's and I said I wasn't sure. He said he plays the role of Santa in different places and events. He even said he was top 10 for the best Santa's in the world. why the heck does something always happen to me on the bus? well, anyways he said he was going to some restaurant in the city and then took out his resume and showed it to me. He told me to put a good word for him if he ever applies at American Girl. ooooo and you know what the freaky part is. During the conversation, he said my name and I NEVER gave him my name. I wasn't on the phone and I had nothing on me that had my name on it. It was so freaky. It was like Miracle on express bus. can you imagine if there really was a Santa Claus lol. come on I am not believing it one bit. I just cannot believe this Santa dude knew my name. well anyways, we got off at the same stop and he said he would walk up wit me because he was going the same way but then I was like oh I have to do some shopping and then he finally left. All the kids around thought he was Santa. they all like froze when he passed by. after I got rid of Santa, I went to the build-a-bear store in rockefeller center but there was a long line to get in. I went last nite and it was packed so I couldn't see much. I went today after work and I wanna make an elmo and a rudolph. the store is small, but I think you should all check it out. Today 5th ave was worse then yesterday and the line at my store was even bigger. okay im goin to bed. I have work at 845am grrrrr...nite dudes!

Holiday Mayhem

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! 5th Ave looks like Disney World. okay, so I decided to get into the city 2 hours before work so I would have time to check out some stores in the morning...BIG MISTAKE! I started at FAO Shwartz because I could not wait to see it. There was a line to get into the store, but not that bad. Anyways, the store is better then they originally had it, but I expected it be out of this world. It was okay. I mean they do sell only toys that you would only see there and they added alot of new things. They took that big robot out of the store and there is something goin on in like each department. They have a bigger keyboard piano to dance on and the cafe is in the middle of the store when you walk in. It kinda looks like a 50's restaurant. The candy area is next to it and there is tons of that. There is also an area where ballons are given out and you make animals and etc out of em. Downstairs looks like someone's basement. All the electronic stuff is down there and there are couches to sit and watch movies and there all diff arcade games overywhere. The top floor was like doll land lol. Dudes, they have a nursery wit newborn babies and it looks like a hospital. You look behind the glass window and choose the one you want and adopt it. Hey Lisa B., the babies are all Lee Middleton...u woulld love it! Also, there is make your own Madame Alexander Doll in the Factory they have. it's crazy. I didn't know a doll could be transformed in a microwave. thats what I saw lol. The store was pretty cool, but not spectacular as I though it would be. I mean I guess tourists would like it. Hopefully it won't go bankrupt again. They can't get rid of that toy store because it's classic. anyhoo, it took me like an hour just to get out of the store. There were sooo many people. After I left, I wanted to go to Tiffany's to check out my bracelet, but there was a line to get into that and I was like forget it. Then, I decided to check out the Disney Store, but it was looked sooooo damn crowded that I didn't even bother goin in. I've never seen 5th ave packedddd with sooooo many people. It was like worst then Times Sqaure. It looked like Disney World because every store had a line to get in. I was like aaaaaaaaaaaaaa! I tried goin into Saks since it was next to my job and I wanted to pick up my juicy couture bracelet, but the line went around the block. I was going crazy because I could not get into any store. When I got to American Girl, I was like aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! I cound't even get into the side entrance because the line went around the block. I could not believe it. People thought I was cutting the line because I had to go through the side entrance and the line was blocking it. I did not want to go to work. I knew the hair salon would be sooooo bad. there was tooooo many people!!! I have declared that shopping on this day is unpatriotic.

Anyhoo, the salon wasn't that bad. I think it was because we were really organized and expected the mayhem. The day went pretty fast which was good and I also got to go on an adventure lol. Drea took me and Linda on a far journey to 43rd & 3rd ave during our break. we got free souvinirs from the bank and then she took us to her famous restaurant where we got free food lol. Her dad practically owns the place and there was a cute waiter there as well. The journey was very exciting lol and I can't wait for the next one. you guys weren't there so you don't get how cool it was lol. okay well I need to go to bed now. nite my children!

so did you guys watch the Samantha movie last night? I know some of you did lol. I had work til 7:15, so I only caught an hour of it when I got home. It was cute. I wish I saw the beginning of it, but I was scheduled to work since I can't work Thursday. Well, tomorrow we celebrate the death of a turkey, so I hope all of you have a great Thanksgiving. rip to all the turkeys everywhere!
